demonstrations using EasySub, the new Rowmark Europe brand of presses. Also we put

Rowmark acquires 100 % of Tromark

Rowmark LLC and Trodat GmbH are pleased to announce that Rowmark has acquired 100%
ownership of the joint venture Tromark, S.A.S., effective October 2, 2008. Prior to this
change, Trodat GmbH and Rowmark LLC both held a 50% share of the company.
This important strategic change permits Rowmark to continue to grow its business model
and brand throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa and also allows Trodat to continue
its ongoing strategic plan. Rowmark will maintain its excellent relationship with Trodat in
France, as they will continue to distribute in that market, and with Trotec in Germany, Austria
and Switzerland as our exclusive distributor for these countries.
Since the creation of the Tromark joint venture five years ago, both companies have enjoyed
a productive and beneficial relationship. Over the past several months, both have worked
together to facilitate Rowmark's purchase of Trodat's 50% stake.
What does this change mean to you? Rowmark's commitment to you remains consistent. We
will continue to provide new and innovative products, which will offer your company additional
selling opportunities for the future.
As a result of this change, Rowmark has renamed Tromark S.A.S and now it will be known
as Rowmark Europe. As part of this change, Rowmark Europe will be relocating into newly
constructed offices adjacent to our current location in Ozoir, France in the coming weeks.
Our new home will give us facilities to better operate and grow in the coming years. Our
dedicated staff remains the same and we look forward to serving you in the future.
New 38 x 45 flat bed press in Tromark range

We are pleased to inform you that we have further improved our range of heat presses.
The Tromark flat press 38 x 38 cm, reference number 18113 will be discontinued.
Spare parts for this press will remain available.
This press will be replaced by another model which will measure 45 x 38 cm to enable
you to go as large as A3, which wasn't possible with the previous model. The new reference
number will be 32505.
